Advanced cache controls

Use cache carefully
- Do not cache private user pages unless the route is explicitly safe.
- Keep cache keys bounded and predictable.
- Kasuta purge'i või lühikesi TTL-e, kui sisu muutub sageli.
- Bypass küpsiste, authorizationi, preview headerite ja ebaturvaliste query stringide korral.
